Shipping
For orders in Iceland we use Posturinn.
For deliveries within Iceland please allow 1-5 business days.
For international deliveries we use DHL express. Please allow 5-10 business days.
All packages under 200 EUR are shipped without tracking. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. During shipment the package is not insured.
Anita Hirlekar is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation.
Pricing Policy
Prices are shown in Icelandic Krona (kr).
The prices on the product page and checkout include VAT.
You will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by UPS or an import broker appointed by you.
Return policy
We accept returns of purchased item(s). But no later than 14 days. Please let us know if you wish to return by email at studio@anita-hirlekar.com , prior to delivery to confirm your return.
You are also welcome to visit our flagship store at Kolagata 1, 101 Rvk with your purchased item.
PLEASE NOTE:
The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all Anita Hirlekar tags. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted, and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
When returning, please include the invoice to your return package, as soon as we have received the return package, the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
We do not take any responsibility for items lost during the shipment back to us. Therefore we recommend you to keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
